- The last tower, Trellia Vista, was launched to agents at Nam Long Experience 2026 (18–20 Sep 2026); it faces water on two sides, overlooking Rạch Bà Lào.
- Nam Long publishes the standard sale contract for the Trellia Cove townhouses (LK11). The project is not on the 2026 list of 37 off-plan-eligible projects (21 Jul 2026 edition), and Nam Long has not posted a separate sale-eligibility letter for CC5.
- Joint venture of Nam Long with Japan's Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi Nippon Railroad; the township already houses more than 4,000 families.
