- Building permits 22/GPXD (30 Jan 2018) and 08/GPXD (12 Sep 2025); Agribank sale guarantee 2457/NHNo5-KHDN (24 Sep 2026); standard sale contract registered with the Department of Industry and Trade (6340/TB-SCT, 4 Jun 2026).
- Progress: the developer reports foundations accepted and works continuing. Per VnBusiness, the project was stuck for years, received its superstructure permit in Sep 2025 and restarted in Nov 2025; no handover date has been published.
- Risk: HCMC tax authority said in July 2026 the developer owed about VND 18.85 billion in tax and its legal representative could face an exit ban (VnBusiness). Check site progress before paying a deposit.
