orchardcollection.com.vn calls this the last masterpiece of the Sycamore township and describes a Maison / Couture collection. The Vietnamese page lists amenities and the arrival sequence, and does not state a unit count, storey count or handover date.
Not the same as The Orchard
CapitaLand’s 26 August 2025 release is about The Orchard: 9.1 ha, 368 landed homes, handover already under way, and Orchard Heights fully booked. The same piece introduces Orchard Grand as the next high-rise, with a preview in Q3 2025. That is not the Orchard Collection page.

CafeBiz (31 Mar 2026) and pieces that follow it say four 10-storey blocks, about 1,025 homes, 2–4 bedrooms, roughly 81–176 m², a 30 Mar 2026 kick-off, handover in Q4 2028, and 12 units over 175 m² with a garage. Those figures are not in the text of orchardcollection.com.vn.
