One Era
One Era is a project by Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư và Phát triển Kim Oanh thành phố Hồ Chí Minh at Khu dân cư Hòa Lân, mặt tiền Đại lộ Bình Dương (Quốc lộ 13), Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai và Vành đai 3, phường Thuận Giao, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, launching soon. It is on the list of projects foreigners may buy in (2864/UBND-ĐT).
- About 50 ha in the former Hòa Lân residential area, Thuận Giao Ward, HCMC, fronting National Highway 13, Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai and Ring Road 3.
- Broke ground on 27 September 2025. Investment above 1 billion USD, with Sumitomo Forestry, Kumagai Gumi and NTT Urban Development.
- The investor splits the scheme into six components, including a convention and exhibition centre, an AEON mall, a five-star hotel and an international school.
- On 5 May 2026 the developer introduced the Nizi low-rise collection of townhouses and shophouses.
- A 25 m internal boulevard. The developer states a Fitwel 3-Star Community Site certification, as checked on 6 May 2026.
- Official letter 2864/UBND-ĐT of 9 April 2026 lists the project among homes foreigners may own; site area 495,128.6 m².
