Masterise Homes lists One Central Saigon among its branded residences, in Bến Thành ward, opposite Ben Thanh Market. The card is marked coming soon and has no project URL. The 13 May 2026 release issued by Masterise Homes describes two towers over a retail podium, Grade A+ offices, The Ritz-Carlton, Saigon and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Saigon. That release gives no floor count, room count, unit count or price.
Developer page
The One Central Saigon card on Masterise Homes’ branded-residences page uses the line “Where world-class refinement meets Vietnamese identity”. The copy only describes a destination for living, hospitality, retail and services. It does not name Ritz-Carlton. The same page calls The Grand Hanoi Vietnam’s first Ritz-Carlton branded residence.
13 May 2026 release
The Media OutReach release, issued by Masterise Homes, notes Marriott International at the launch. Two towers on an 8,537 m² site with frontages on Phạm Ngũ Lão, Calmette, Lê Thị Hồng Gấm and Phó Đức Chính. Retail of 19,990 m² on seven above-ground levels and six basements, with a basement link to Ben Thanh metro station. The release names both The Ritz-Carlton, Saigon (the hotel brand’s Vietnam debut) and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Saigon, plus Grade A+ offices. The motif is Song Long Ngậm Ngọc. No storey count, hotel keys, home count or price.
Sale-list cross-check
Row 1 of the 2026 list of 37 projects cleared for off-plan sale: 214 homes, named “Khu Tứ giác Bến Thành (office, retail, apartments, hotel)”, Bến Thành ward, Saigon Glory LLC. The row does not mention Ritz-Carlton and does not say 214 is the whole scheme. The project is not in the foreign-ownership lists this repo holds.

Doanh Nhân Việt Nam quotes Ms Thi Anh Đào (Masterise Group) at the May event: podium from ground to level 6 is retail, levels 10 to 53 are The Ritz-Carlton Residences. The same piece says work restarted in mid-March 2026 with Newtecons and SOL E&C, about 214 homes and 231 rooms, a Techcombank guarantee, and no published price. one-central.vn, theonecentral.vn and masterihomes.com.vn present themselves as project sites but are not on a Masterise domain. They disagree on which tower is East or West (one version 48 and 55 storeys, another 46 and 57), and they add unit sizes, a six-star claim, handover dates and a price around 25,000–30,000 USD/m².
