Masteri Cosmo Central is Masterise Homes’ high-rise phase at The Global City, Đỗ Xuân Hợp road, Bình Trưng ward. The project page states six towers of 19–29 storeys. No sale-eligibility letter for this phase was found.

- Freehold ownership for Vietnamese buyers. 50+ amenities, including co-working space, an infinity pool, a pet park and a private kayak landing.
