Khải Hoàn Imperial is a project by Công ty Cổ phần Tập đoàn Khải Hoàn Land (HOSE: KHG) at Mặt tiền Quốc lộ 13, Phường Thuận Giao, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, launching soon, handover Tháng 7/2028 (mục tiêu của chủ đầu tư).
- Two 41-floor towers (4-floor podium, 37-floor towers, 3 basements) on a 10,542.8 m² site at 33.83% coverage, for about 2,820 residents.
- Products are officetels, studios, 1–3 bedroom units, duplexes and penthouses.
- Legal: the HCMC Department of Construction confirmed a building-permit exemption (letter 20280/SXD-QLXDCT, 10 Jun 2026); start of works was notified on 30 May 2026.
- No off-plan sales clearance has been published yet; the project is only taking reservations, not signing sale contracts.
- Handover is targeted for July 2028 with main contractor Phước Thành and MB Bank as partner bank; this is a plan and may slip.
