In the developer's words
An Khải Hưng’s official brochure presents IKI Village as sky-garden homes on the Ring Road 3 and extended Lò Lu frontage in Long Phước ward. Vitalis is 30 storeys (313 homes) and Harmonie is 24 storeys (111 homes). Three lines: Sky Garden, Duplex Garden and Sky Villa Residences.
Brochure
Tower totals (313 + 111 = 424) match the unit count already on file. The brochure also splits 338 Sky Garden, 31 Duplex Garden and 52 Sky Villa (421). It does not explain the three-home gap. The two counts are not added together.
