Artisan Park is a Gamuda Land low-rise shophouse precinct in Bình Dương ward, not an apartment block. Gamuda Land’s page prices it from VND 7.6 billion. The project site lists 349 homes: 174 three-storey (216–291 m²) and 175 four-storey (348–472 m²).

Artisan Park and Gamuda Land are not on the 21 July 2026 off-plan sale-eligible list. Shophouses may not use the same notice as apartments.
