- TSQ’s page gives expected completion in Q4 2027 and publishes a 2025 sample sale contract. The project is under construction.
- Hanoi Department of Construction’s list through June 2025 names Tháp đôi Kepler Land (HH-01, HH-02), TSQ Việt Nam, Mộ Lao ward, 1,280 homes eligible for off-plan sale. 1,280 does not equal the 680 + 620 on the developer page; no document explaining the gap was found.
